Isn't it strange how big a 20 dollar sill looks to some people when they give it at church, but how small it really is when we shop?
Isn't it strange how 2 hours seem so long to some while at church, and how short it is when enjoying a good cookout with friends?
Isn't it strange that you can't find a word to say when you're praying, but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend?
Isn't it strange how difficult and boring it is to some to read a chapter in the Bible, but how easy it is to read a novel from cover to cover?
Isn't it strange how so many want front-row-seats at public events, but always want the back seat at church?
Isn't it strange how folks can make time for about anything but visiting the sick or Bible study?
Isn't it strange how difficult it is to memorize a Bible verse, but how easy to remember all the particulars about our last fishing trip?
Isn't it strange how people believe about anything they read as long as it's not the Bible they are reading?
Isn't it strange how everyone wants a place in heaven, but so few are will­ing to do God's will to get there?
